Do I need to install any hardware?
No. No sensors and no industrial cameras: an account, a web browser, the structured questionnaire and the photos and videos taken with your own devices are enough.
What is a scan?
A scan is the diagnostic of one site: you choose the site, answer the questionnaire, upload your photos and videos, then submit. PerforaScan then delivers the results, findings and roadmaps.
What is the difference between PDF export and reports?
Every plan lets you export a diagnostic's results as a PDF. The Professional and Custom plans add progress and portfolio assessment reports, generated as PDFs in French or English.
What does the Custom plan include?
A number of users, scans and sites suited to your organization, all Professional features, a tailored configuration and, by agreement, human expertise.
